RETURN & REFUND POLICY SwiftSelects

We want you to be fully confident in every purchase from SwiftSelects. If something isn’t right, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a fair and smooth process designed with your satisfaction in mind.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. This ensures the integrity and safety of all customers.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. Our support team will review your eligibility and send you detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Please ship items using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery of your return package.

Once your returned product reaches our facility, we’ll inspect it to confirm it meets eligibility guidelines. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued back to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once your refund is complete.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and packaging so we can quickly verify and process your claim. In such cases, SwiftSelects will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items may be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees may not always be refundable unless required by law or under specific promotional conditions. Our team will clearly communicate what charges, if any, apply before you send back your items.

Exchanges are not processed directly. If you wish to replace an item with a different one, please submit a return request for your original order and place a new order separately for the desired product.

Returns that do not meet policy conditions may be declined. In such cases, we will inform you and can send the product back to you if requested (customer may cover return postage).
